NEO exercise tests readiness

U.S. military dependents and command sponsored civilian's participated in a noncombatant evacuation operations exercise in Southwest Asia, Nov. 16, 2013.

The exercise allowed noncombatants and military members from the Air Force and Army to rehearse evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency in the host nation.
