Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman visits Al Udeid Air Base

Bryan Battaglia, Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, discusses the book “Noncommissioned Officer and Petty Officer: Backbone of the Armed Forces,” during an Enlisted All-Call with more than 400 members of Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar at the Coalition Compound Theater Oct. 8, 2015. The book, Battaglia said, is one-of-a-kind and provides a comprehensive explanation of what’s expected of enlisted leaders across America’s armed services.
