378th leadership encourages service members with purpose and mission
U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. William D. Betts, commander of the 378th Air Expeditionary Wing, addresses Airmen, Soldiers, and Guardians during a base all-call at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, June 6, 2022. This was the first time that Betts and Chief Master Sgt. Jessica McWain, command chief of the 378th AEW, were able to address the men and women of the Wing since taking command. During the all-call they encouraged service members to value a sense of purpose larger than themselves, empower their people and commit to always improve. In doing so they will be able to complete the Wing’s mission of defending the base, integrating follow-on forces, sustain combat operations and build internal and external relationships, with each other and PSAB’s host nation partners in the Royal Saudi Air Force.
