Brig. Gen. Andy “Spoo” Clark (left), the previous commander of the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing, relinquishes command to Brig. Gen. David “Shotgun” Lopez June 7, Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates. Assuming this role, Lopez will be responsible for the Airmen and assets of 10 unique squadrons as well as the wing’s ground attack, intelligence, theatre security cooperation and in-transit airlift mission support.
