A U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawk simulates transporting a mock victim for medical evacuation during a mass casualty and missile defense exercise at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oct. 28 2021. The exercise gave Soldiers and Airmen the chance to hone their triage, treatment and medical transportation skills for a large number of simulated wounded personnel during a missile attack scenario.
