The Vigilant Eyes Tip Line is for the Al Udeid Air Base community. This program is designed to give military members, dependents, contractors, coalition partners, Other Country National’s (OCN’s), and host nation allies a platform to report any type of crime, or suspected criminal/suspicious activity discreetly.

Instructions: Select the link below to download the Vigilant Eyes Tip Form and then save it to your computer (Make note of where the document saves). After saving it to your computer, fill out the form. A file can be attached to the form by selecting the “Click to Upload File” button located at the bottom of the form. Once complete, save it and select the link below to email it. Attach the form to the email and send. If the below email link does not work, send the form to vigilant.eyes@auab.afcent.af.mil.
