As noncommissioned officer-in-charge of Training, Tech. Sgt. Fletcher trained 150 new Security Forces members on tactics, techniques and procedures specific to the base, which ensures the safety and security of more than 1900 personnel and war-fighting assets that value at 4.6 billion dollars.

His efforts ensured top-notch management of the transition as well as augmentation of security for a multinational exercise. Sergeant Fletcher's expertly oversaw the squadron's Career Development Course program. His diligence was directly reflected in an astonishing average test score of 93 percent, a full eight points above the Air Force average. Without missing a beat, he provided rock solid security for several distinguished visitors, to include the Chief of Staff of the Air Force and the Air Force Central Command commander.

Finally, Sergeant Fletcher's knowledge and training background were instrumental during two groundbreaking training events with host nation security personnel. He authored and executed a training plan which encompassed seven critical skill sets for over 40 host nation personnel. His stellar performance bridged the gap between our two nations and synergized locals and U.S. forces into a single lethal force. His professionalism and dedication were pivotal to building lasting ties with the host nation and opened the door for joint training throughout the wing.

He enjoys mentoring young Airmen, improving his physical readiness, and building camaraderie amongst his squadron members. His hobbies include fishing, hunting and spending quality time with his family.
