1. What is your job?  My job is people; I am the Operations Group First Sergeant.

2.  What is your impact to the mission?  I dedicate my time and energy to the needs, health, morale, discipline and welfare of the Airmen in my group.  

3. What are your goals? Keeping the Airmen here motivated is my main goal. One of my professional goals is to gain more experience as a deployed First Sergeant.

In addition to caring for the Operations Group, Sergeant English is the mentorship chairman for the Top3 organization. This group provides classes on how to become an officer, career progression from a Chief's perspective, and First Sergeant career counseling. He is also the Airman' s Council First Sergeant mentor and a member of the Base Advisory committee.
