Most fulfilling part of my job: Knowing nothing moves on this or any other base without Vehicle Operations.

Supervisor's Comments: Z, as he is called, is an excellent young Non-Commissioned Officer. Since his arrival, Z has spearheaded the base wash rack upgrade by researching and purchasing real vehicle soap and ordering an all-in-one complete car care system. You never have to question his initiative, because he is usually coming up with ideas to better the office and make it more modernized. His responsibilities include making the weekly schedule for 11 personnel, overseeing the base wash rack, and other administrative tasks. One major accomplishment was his ability to create a flight Office Instruction within the first month of his arrival. This OI was the first one since 2006 and will surely make changeover in August much easier.
