Deployed plumber restores base's electrical substation equipment
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Joshua Freeman, 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron electrician, follows established lockout safety procedures and "racks out" a primary high voltage circuit breaker, physically disconnecting the 11,500 volt power source so the circuit breakers and secondary side equipment can be safely serviced March 12, 2010 at an air base in Southwest Asia.
