Airman 1st Class Taylor, KC-10 Extender crew chief, performs a preflight inspection aboard a KC-10 Extender at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia Feb. 2, 2015. Although the KC-l0 Extender’s primary mission is aerial refueling, it can combine the tasks of a tanker and cargo aircraft by refueling fighters and simultaneously carry the fighter support personnel and equipment on overseas deployments.
