Command and Control
An E-3 Sentry pilot assigned to the 968th Expeditionary Airborne Air Control Squadron maneuvers his aircraft into position to receive fuel from a KC-10 Extender in the CENTCOM area of responsibility July 28, 2016. Being airborne and mobile allows the 968 EAACS to have a line-of-sight on other aircraft and provides a low-level look that is crucial to battle management and surveillance in the AOR.
