U.S. joint and host nation partners immerse in tactical training

A U.S. Soldier with Task Force Hurricane from the 1st Battalion, 124th Infantry Regiment, and U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Alejandro Bachelier, a fireteam member assigned to the 378th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, hold a simulated ambush position, Al-Kharj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, June 13, 2022. Eight USAF Defenders were invited by the U.S. Army to attend Task Force Hurricane’s Platoon Immersion 3 alongside the Royal Saudi Land Force. The immersion allowed the 378th ESFS members a chance to develop as multi-capable Airmen by learning both Joint Force infantry tactics and Partner Nation infantry tactics not commonly taught or practiced by the USAF.
