First to get there, first to provide care
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jibran Martin, a 386th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron Military Working Dog handler, demonstrates how to put a muzzle on MWD Mark during a MWD emergency medical training at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, Feb. 28, 2023. The 109th Medical Detachment Veterinary Services and the 386th ESFS partnered to host the training. The training provided first responders with the knowledge to increase a MWDs chances of survival if injured in the field, as they are dual purpose detection and patrol dogs.
