U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Gavin Lind, 378th Expeditionary Communications Squadron communication focal point technician, reads a customer service-request ticket within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, April 18, 2025. As a CFP technician, Lind is responsible for solving customer service-request tickets each week, by either troubleshooting issues himself, or coordinating with client systems technicians to respond to customers’ workcenters to ensure they have operational communication systems.
