Lt. Col. Mindy Pearon relinquished command of the 22nd Expeditionary Combat Weather Squadron to Lt. Col. Kyle Palmer in a change of command ceremony at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, June 7, 2023. A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
