386th EOG changes command

SOUTHWEST ASIA --  The 386th Expeditionary Operations Group conducted a change of command ceremony here June 18, when Col. Mark August relinquished command to Col. Jeffrey DeVore.

Col. Michael Zick, 386th Air Expeditionary Wing commander, officiated the event.

"The 200-plus members of the 386th EOG have carried out the mission in an exceptional manner," Zick said. "You will not find a more professional, skilled and dedicated leader than he. I know the group will continue its record of superior performance while under Colonel DeVore's leadership."

DeVore joins the Marauder team from the NATO Joint Warfare Centre, Stavanger, Norway.
