How do you support the mission here? I support "Boots on the Ground" by taking care of the Wing Command Section and the Wing Staff Agency personnel. I perform a variety of administrative functions that allow them to focus their attention on taking care of you and ensuring you have the necessary tools to complete the mission. At the end of the day, it's all about the Airman.

How many times have you deployed and what makes this deployment unique? This is my fifth deployment, but my first time to the Rock. This deployment is unique because I have never worked for a Command Chief before. I'm learning something new every day.

How does your job differ in a deployed environment vs. home base? At home, I'm the assistant AMC 3D0XX MAJCOM Functional Manager...so I perform FAM functions for four 3D0 AFSC's. While deployed, I leverage my 3D0X1 skillset to improve workflow processes and convert manual processes into automated processes using our enterprise collaboration tools. So I try to make clumsy and timely processes easier for our people to use.
