How many times have you deployed and what makes this deployment unique? This is my first deployment and it is unique because I have never been to this area and experienced Kuwaiti culture.

How does your job differ in a deployed environment vs. home base? My job is a little faster paced in the deployed area than it is at home base. It is also more stressful in a deployed area, because when I have a problem with the hydraulic system on an aircraft here, if I do not fix the problem in a timely matter, it directly affects the mission. Other than that there are not any major differences in my job in a deployed area compared to home base.
