Combat truckers assigned to the 387th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron help each other unstrap their cargo while waiting for for forklifts to arrive during a local convoy mission. Due to mission priorities and procedures, these Airmen can sometimes wait long hours before returning, eating and sleeping. SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Airmen deployed with the 387th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron serve in Joint Expeditionary Taskings as combat truckers in Southwest Asia. The 387th ELRS of the 387th Air Expeditionary Group is part of the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing.
