How do you support the mission here? I support the mission by providing administrative support for all 386th EMXG maintainers. I'm responsible for the safeguarding and operability of more than 200 pieces of equipment valued at more than $400k. As group security manager, I verify security clearances to ensure unrestricted access to the flight line. I'm also responsible for tracking and reviewing decorations in the group. Blige How does your job differ in a deployed environment vs. home base? My job is different because I work in the maintenance group focusing on security manager, CSS duties, and direct support for the group commander. Whereas, at home station I work in the operations group focusing mainly on Sharepoint. In a deployed environment, I have greater appreciation for the overall mission and look forward to meeting the challenges.
