I am responsible for analyzing current and historic intelligence in order to properly secure our personnel and assets. I brief 386th and 387th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron members on force protection intelligence and debrief those members on all findings during their missions. How many times have you deployed and what makes this deployment unique? This is my second deployment, but the first since I merged into a new career field, so the entire job experience is new to me. It is my first time working at the tactical level, having the opportunity to analyze real-world intelligence. How does your job differ in a deployed environment vs. home base? At my home base I am the NCO in charge of formal training, so I really don't get a chance to do much Intel work.
