How do you support the mission here? I provide continuity to incoming crews on procedures for mission planning and flying in support of critical operations in the AOR.

How many times have you deployed and what makes this one unique? This is my fifth time to the AOR. This trip I fill more of a mentorship position than a regular crew dawg. I help ensure that several crews work together in similar fashion and produce similar products and results.

How does your job differ in a deployed environment vs. home base? At home I am the course manager for the enlisted aircrew positions on board Compass Call. Here is the real deal. I get to do what I teach back in the states. I also get to watch young Airmen mature into their positions as skilled combat aircrew, which is a great sight since I saw most of them coming straight from tech school!
