Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton met briefly with members of the 387th Air Expeditionary Group before boarding an aircraft bound for Iraq April 25.

The Secretary of State shook hands and posed for a group photo before continuing on her trip.

The group is no stranger to distinguished visitors. Secretary Clinton's visit is the second visit by a high-ranking member of the Obama administration since Vice President Joe Biden's visit in January.

Though the visit lasted only a few moments, Secretary Clinton made quite the impression on the assembled Airmen.

"She has a firm handshake," said Airman 1st Class Maxwell Bowes, 387th Expeditionary Support Squadron Force Protection Airman. "It's definitely interesting, getting to see a big-name politician you only see in television."

Tech. Sgt. Chaun Bonk, 387th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, said Secretary Clinton has done a lot for women aspiring to high office.

"She's opened up quite a few gateways for women," she said.
