I support the mission by being the eyes and ears for the EMXG commander on the flightline. I train, mentor and perform quality evaluations on maintenance personnel. I ensure technical assistance requests are in put into the system, allowing aircraft to be returned to the fight. How many times have you deployed and what makes this one unique? I have been deployed four other times to places like Oman, the United Arab Emirates and Thailand. This deployment is unique because I am inspecting maintenance; on my other deployments I was the guy working on the airplane. How does your job differ in a deployed environment vs. home base? At Ramstein AB, I only inspect crew chiefs. Here I inspect all maintainers.
