Home unit/base: 374th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Yokota, Air Base, Japan.

How do you support the mission here? I am dedicated to the launch, recovery, service, inspection, and repair of six C-130 Hercules aircraft flying cargo, passengers, medical supplies, and sometimes human remains into and out of the theater of operations.

How many times have you deployed and what makes this one unique? This is my third time to the Persian Gulf Region and seventh deployment overall. This one is unique to me, because it will be the last time I deploy with my aircraft from Yokota Air Base.

How does your job differ in a deployed environment vs. home base? The operational tempo here is higher, and you have a very direct impact on the mission. You get to see first-hand how you make the mission happen.
