Airmen deliver protective hardware to Marines
SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Senior Airman Leah Farias, a C-17 loadmaster with the 816th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, marshals a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle into the cargo bay of a Globemaster III aircraft at a Southwest Asia air base Feb. 8, 2008. The MRAP vehicles are a family of armored fighting vehicles designed to survive various types of improvised explosive device attacks and ambushes.
