I protect the surrounding sectors and main supply routes to Camp Bucca. How many times have you deployed and what makes this one unique? This is my third deployment. It's unique because this is my first time in southern Iraq. I've been north, but down here the mission and day to day life is much different. How does your job differ in a deployed environment vs. home base? When we're home, all we do is train and focus on deploying. Now that we're here, this is our job.
