386th AEW Adverse Action Report for Jan/Feb

The following enlisted personnel received Nonjudicial Punishment for the months of January and February, 2014:

A technical sergeant received NJP for inappropriate conversations while on duty, engaging in two unprofessional relationships, and committing adultery with two subordinates. The punishment consisted of forfeitures of $797, 14 days restriction, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand.

A senior airman was reduced to the grade of airman first class and received a reprimand for dereliction of duty for failure to maintain positive control of his/her weapon and failure to be properly armed for post.

A senior airman was reduced to the grade of airman first class and received a reprimand for falling asleep while on duty.

A senior airman was found guilty of aiding and abetting fellow senior airman in violating an air base regulation and received a suspended reduction to airman first class and a reprimand.

An airman first class was found guilty of leaving an appointed place of duty, violating the air base regulation and lying about his/her whereabouts when the supervisor called on the radio. The airman first class received a suspended reduction to airman and a reprimand.
