Jeremy Lock, the 378th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron commander addresses his squadron for the first time, during the 378th ECES change of command ceremony, at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, July 19, 2022. Gen. William Betts during the 378th ECES change of command ceremony, at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, July 19, 2022. During the ceremony Betts presented Hughes with a Meritorious Service Medal, and welcomed Lock into his new role as the 378th ECES commander.
