U.S. and local construction practices harmonize at Ali Al Salem raising quality of life
The new building for the Force Protection Flight of the 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron was completed at Ali Al Salem, Kuwait, Feb. 22, 2022. This is the first permanent structure on base that coupled U.S. building standards with local standards, using a lot of local material, which decreased cost and construction time.
