U.S. Air Force Col. George M. Buch Jr., right, incoming commander, 386th Air Expeditionary Wing, assumes command of the 386th AEW and receives the guidon from Maj. Gen. Clark J. Buch was the Director of Safety for United States Air Forces in Europe, Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
