BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan --  SrA Orara is a self-motivated and responsible young SrA. Upon her arrival, she took the initiative to clean, reorganize, and revamp the PT/Ortho supply closet (approx $200,000 inventory). She also ordered high demand/low density items ahead of any requests. As well, she took control of PT patient processing (appointments, check-ins, treatments) and allowed the sole PT provider to see as many as 300+ encounters a month. She also took command of the Safety Program for the section and has garnered "No Safety Incidents" for the past 3 months. A true proponent of "Fit to Fight" AFI, SrA Orara volunteers and teaches several fitness classes to BAF personnel and has taken on personal goals for AF Fitness (she ran a Half Marathon, a 20 miler, in the BAF Marathon).
