BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- Airmen from the 774th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron C-130J Super Hercules aircrew flight equipment section are responsible for helping more than 40 aircrew members get off the ground safely for every flying mission. As aircrew flight equipment specialists, they ensure all safety equipment is operational and properly maintained. The specialists also train aircrew on equipment use and inspect their weapons before and after every mission. The three-person team responsible for the C-130J Super Hercules squadron work 24-hours a day to provide the aircrews with the necessary equipment to perform their missions.
