Kenneth Lindsey, Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing, presents the "Warrior of the Week" award to Tech. Sgt. Carlton Pugh, 455th Expeditionary Medical Operations Squadron NCO in charge of respiratory therapy, on Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Oct. 17, 2013. Pugh, a native of Memphis, Tenn., deployed from Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, provided leadership, training and mentorship to his technicians and to the nurses and technicians assigned in the intensive care unit. He is the primary supply and equipment custodian for the respiratory therapy section ensuring the entire hospital has 100 percent of the necessary supplies. In addition, he maintained accountability for all respiratory therapy equipment used throughout the hospital.
