Kenneth Lindsey, Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing, presents the "Warrior of the Week" award to Staff Sgt. Tyler Schilling, 755th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron truck commander and fire team leader, on Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Oct. 9, 2013. Schilling, a native of Raleigh, N.C., deployed from Moody Air Force Base, Ga., is responsible for the overall safety and security of a five-man fire team while conducting operations outside the wire. She ensured vehicle, equipment and weapons were operational and interacted with local villages and Afghanistan National Police on a daily basis to maintain U.S. and Afghan relationships.
