Kenneth Lindsey, Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing, presents the "Warrior of the Week" award to Staff Sgt. Frank Rivas, 455th Air Expeditionary Wing chaplain assistant NCO in charge of the security forces religious support team, on Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Sept. 18, 2013. Rivas, a native of Miami, Fla., deployed from MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., Conducted unit visitations and provide support for SFS personnel at Bagram Airfield and performed crisis intervention counseling to mitigate crises such as suicide, grief, traumatic stress or other forms of crisis. He also integrated into units as a religious support team member and appropriately advised leaders on the issues and challenges Airmen face.
