Night on the Job: Baggage Detail

SOUTHWEST ASIA - Airman 1st Class Genny Martin, 8th Expeditionary Air Mobility Squadron, unloads baggage from a plane that just landed Feb. 27. When the aircraft arrives, the air terminal team has personnel standing by to operate baggage conveyors, staircase trucks and buses. In the past year, 8th EAMS Air Terminal moved more than 3,500 tons of baggage. Martin is deployed from the 721st Aerial Port Squadron at Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
