SOUTHWEST ASIA – Tech. Sgt. Peter Feliciano Jr., 8th Expeditionary Air Mobility Squadron special handling supervisor, begins to palletize hazardous cargo Nov. 21, 2012. Feliciano was recognized during the Multi-Major Command Staff Assistance Visit for his section being able to safely expedite hazardous cargo needed by the warfighter in the area of responsibility.
