Senior Airman Tiffany McLendon, 455th Expeditionary Operations Group Knowledge Operations manager, demonstrates the process for getting decorations approved through the 455 EOG chain of command at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Nov. 6, 2012. McLendon was responsible for a records management Staff Assistance Visit of seven squadrons that brought the 455 EOG compliance rate from 66% to 100%.
