Janet Garcia, 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron operations controller, talks with a customer on the phone and creates a work order for their problem. After a work order is created, a level of importance will be determined. The ECES Customer Service team received initiated 2,838 work orders in July and in which 2,576 of them were completed.
