Airmen, Soldiers Team up for Galactic Task
A U.S. Air Force C-5B Galaxy is parked on the ramp at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan Aug. 30, 2012. Relying on the massive Galaxy, a joint team of Bagram Aerial Porters, West Virginia Air Guardsmen, and U.S. Army Soldiers worked seamlessly to transport dozens of rotary wing aircraft and thousands of pounds of equipment in and out of Afghanistan as the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade replaced the redeploying 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade.
