Bagram Engineers Construct Tents for Transient Airmen
SrA Jefferson Harkleroad (front), 455th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron electrician, and SSgt Ryan Capson, 455 ECES Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning craftsman, attach cables to a power distribution panel for one of the Alaska transient tents built at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Aug. 23, 2012.
