Chief Master Sgt. Marcus Snoddy (left), 455th Air Expeditionary Wing command chief master sergeant, presents the "Warrior of the Week" award to TSgt. Neel Rodgers, a Battlefield Weather Forecaster with 19th Expeditionary Weather Squadron at Bagram Field, Afghanistan. According to Rodgers' peers, his knowledge and accurate anticipation of area weather patterns were instrumental in the successful completion of combat missions leading to interventions against 55 insurgents and the destruction of 82 Improvised Explosive Devices.
