SrA Nicholas Gooden 455 ELRS/VM recognized 28 Feb 2012
As you know, I don't have anyone who works for or with me but I was impressed with the SrA I met while volunteering at the Tops in Blue show. -Sharp rising Airman, made SrA BTZ, will sew on SSgt this year, received his Bachelors degree and on his way to an assignment to be an MTI; and he has just celebrated his 4th year on active duty. He has volunteered countless hours with Tops in Blue, instructing the spin class, VP of Airman Mentoring counsel for LRS, USO and 5/6 all in the one month that he has been here. He is instrumental in the repairing and restoring of ambulances to 100% capability; which is vital to the mission here in the AOR. His supervisor lauds that he "is the bright star of the shop. His positive attitude always brightens up my day." He actually calls him his "little ray of sunshine!"
