SOUTHWEST ASIA - U.S. Army Spc. Douglas Smith pins down U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Anthony Walling at the Phantom Center March 9, 2012. Airmen and Soldiers from the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing trained during a combatives course where at the end of 40 hours of instruction, each graduate was certified as a basic combatives instructor. Smith is assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 4th Air Defense Artillery Regiment and is deployed from Fort Bragg, N.C.
