Making the sand not so bland: Artist helps add color to desert base with artistic work
Tech. Sgt. Thomas Young. 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron avionics production supervisor, uses a Q-tip to paint a genie on the 379 EMXS barrier, June 13, 2011, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Young used various tools available, to include sponges, Sharpies and his fingers to depict the genie with a wrench in one hand and a munition in the other.
