Base Transition Team
The Iraq Training and Advisory Mission-Air Force, Taji Base Transition Team does the final walk through inspection of the Mi-17 helicopter hangar at Taji Air Base with the US Army Corps of Engineers and Al-Sami, the local Iraqi construction company that built it. At more than 240 ft long and 50 ft tall the hanger is the largest maintenance hangar in Iraq, and the largest clear-span building in the entire Middle East. (Courtesy photo)
