Panjshir Province Prepares for Snow

PANJSHIR PROVINCE, Afghanistan ? U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Raymond Ibay, Panjshir Provincial Reconstruction Team vehicle management superintendent and Jacksonville Beach, Fla., native, and U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Michael Lamonte, Panjshir PRT vehicle maintenance lead mechanic and Burlington, Conn., native, carry two heavy-equipment batteries prior to performing a preventative maintenance inspection on Panjshir Department of Public Works? snow-removal equipment.
