Bill Martin, U.S. Department of State and director of the Panjshir Provincial Reconstruction Team, briefs journalists from France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal and Slovenia during a visit to Panjshir PRT as a part of an eight-day tour of Afghanistan organized by the U.S. Mission to NATO with help from the U.S. Embassy Kabul.
